We were thrilled to have Chefs Sergio Perera and Jacob Kear of The Amalur Project (www.AmalurProject.com) on Eat Your Words at The Standard, Hollywood last month! Not only are they creating absolutely stunning food, they are innovators in the field. Sergio and Jacob are igniting the conversation about the connections between gastronomy, agriculture and science in a brand new way. You can make reservations for The Amalur Project pop-up in November here.
On our next Eat Your Words show, November 7th features the lovely and funny Georgia Hardstark of "Tripping Out with Alie & Georgia" on Cooking Channel.
